O'Neills Festive Jambons

1 pack of O'Neills Dry Cure Bacon Co Rashers 300g

1 pack of ready-rolled puffed pastry

200g Tipperary Brie

100g cranberry sauce

100g pecan nuts

A drizzle of maple syrup

1 egg for egg wash
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
- Slice and sizzle your O'Neills Dry Cured Bacon Rashers on the pan until golden.
- Roll out your pastry and cut it into 6 rectangles.
- Slice the brie into 6 pieces.
- Add a smear of cranberry sauce to each pastry rectangle, add a piece of Brie on top of the cranberry, scatter with the sliced rashers and finish with a few pecan nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Fold the corners of each rectangle to make your jambons.
- Brush with egg wash and oven bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
