O'Neills Festive Jambons

  • Yield: Serves 6-8
  • 1 pack of O'Neills Dry Cure Bacon Co Rashers 300g
  • 1 pack of ready-rolled puffed pastry
  • 200g Tipperary Brie
  • 100g cranberry sauce
  • 100g pecan nuts
  • A drizzle of maple syrup
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
  2. Slice and sizzle your O'Neills Dry Cured Bacon Rashers on the pan until golden.
  3. Roll out your pastry and cut it into 6 rectangles.
  4. Slice the brie into 6 pieces.
  5. Add a smear of cranberry sauce to each pastry rectangle, add a piece of Brie on top of the cranberry, scatter with the sliced rashers and finish with a few pecan nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  6. Fold the corners of each rectangle to make your jambons.
  7. Brush with egg wash and oven bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
