As all our bacon is dry cured, we recommend that you bake rather than boil our ham fillets, so the maximum flavour is retained.  Here is how we will bake our Christmas ham:

Place on a roasting tin with fat side up. Pour water into bottom of tray and cover with lid or foil. Bake for 20 minutes per 400g at 180°C or gas mark 4.  Once cooked, remove fat, glaze and bake for 20 mins at 210°C (Suggestions: Honey, Brown Sugar, Mustard or Cloves).

Can be boiled if preferred.
