O’Neills Dry Cure Bacon Co. has been one of the local Irish producers chosen to participate in the SuperValu Food Academy which is in association with Bord Bia and the Local Enterprise Office.   SuperValu  is a big supporter of local producers and suppliers in Ireland. In collaboration with Bord Bia and the Local Enterprise offices, they have created the Food Academy Programme, and work with over 200 businesses from start up to getting their product on the shelves.
