Great breakfast to set the whole family up for the day and makes a change from cereal
Quick pancake recipe
187g flour sieved
Pinch of salt
Crack in 3 eggs
Whisk from middle until all flour combined to a paste.
Put 300ml milk and 135ml water in a jug.
Slowly whisk this liquid into your flour paste.
Melt 50g butter and whisk into batter.
Heat a pan and add small knob of butter or spray oil onto pan.
This makes approx. 8 pancakes
While cooking pancakes, put our streaky rashers on the grill until nice and crispy.
Serve with your pancakes and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Optional add a few blueberries to each pancake while cooking.
This is also great for supper or weekend brunch.
