New Maple Streaky Bacon with Baked Brie
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cook time: 55 minutes (includes cooking of bacon)
- Yield: Serves 4-6
- 1 Wheel of brie
- 1 Clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 20g Pistachios
- Selection of crackers and grapes to serve!
- Prepare the Maple Streaky bacon as per the instructions on the package.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Place the brie in an oven safe bowl or tray. Score the top of the brie with a knife and add the minced garlic, oil and maple syrup. Ensure it has evenly coated the top of the wheel.
- Place the brie into the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the brie from the oven, add the pistachios onto the top of the brie and place back into the oven for 5 minutes to roast.
- Top with chopped O’Neills Maple Streaky Bacon and serve with a selection of crackers and grapes and Maple Streaky Bacon on the side.
